You are not broken.
You've been trying to survive in a world full of systems that weren't built for your brain.
I help neurodivergent adults build habits, mindsets, and goals that work with how their brains actually work, not against them.
You are not broken.
30 minutes. No pressure, no weird sales sh*t. Just a real conversation about what's going on for you.
Nobody taught us how to be an adult with ADHD. It’s disorienting to know where to start, what information applies to you, and how to begin applying it.
You have 47 tabs open in your brain
Thoughts scatter. Tasks slip. You know what to do but can’t make yourself start.
Executive function feels like a myth
Planning, prioritizing, time management. Feels like it's easier for everyone else. For you, it’s exhausting
You've tried "all the systems"
Planners. Apps. Morning routines. They work for a week, then vanish into the void.
The shame spiral is real
You procrastinate because you feel overwhelmed which makes you feel more shame, etc, etc.. You feel like you’re always letting people down. Including yourself.
Your emotions have no volume knob
Everything feels like too much or not enough. Regulating is a full-time job.
You're exhausted from masking
Pretending to be “normal” takes everything you have. There’s nothing left for you.
Clarity
We start with a values and life alignment assessment to identify your three guiding lights for the next 3 months. This helps with shiny object syndrome and feelings of being overwhelmed.
Confidence
We figure out the steps to reach your goal and the mindset needed to become that person. Slowly, you prove to yourself that you can follow through with your intentions.
Consistency
The hardest part. But compassionate accountability + body doubling + camaraderie of other ADHDers making positive change = a winning recipe.

How are we gonna do that?
We're going to zoom out on what is most important to you to move forward, and zoom in to what is standing in your way.

How my Coaching Is Different
Most coaching assumes your brain works a certain way. Mine starts with discovering how yours actually works.
Anti-hustle
No “rise and grind” here. We build sustainable rhythms, not unsustainable schedules. Rest is productive.
Neurodivergent-affirming
You’re not broken. You don’t need to be “fixed.” Your brain works differently, and that’s not a flaw. It can be an advantage when you are resourced appropriately.
Systems + compassion
Structure without shame. Accountability without judgment. We build what works for you, not what “should” work.
Lived experience
I’m not just trained in ADHD, I live with it. I’ve been in the shame spiral. I know what it’s like to try and fail and try again and internalize negative beliefs about myself.

Hi! Get to know me a little:
My name is Harvey and I spent most of my life thinking I was lazy, scattered, and “too much.” I was a "gifted child" in my youth, but struggled from puberty on. My ADHD diagnosis in my late 20s was both a relief and a reckoning. Suddenly, so much made sense.
College was a struggle; I barely graduated from UC Davis, relying on my writing talent and deadline pressure the night before things were due. That experience ignited my passion for productivity psychology. Unsure what to do with a sociology degree + psychology minor, I job hopped around in my twenties, doing everything from nannying to bartending, to journalism, to dog walking. Eventually, I built and sold a six-figure dog walking business in SF.
I became a coach because I needed one myself. I spent years learning what actually helps ADHD brains thrive
(spoiler: it’s not just a random hack, or a “try harder” mentality). Shame we have inherited is not our friend, 99.9% of the time.
I trained, got certified, and built a practice around one core belief: You’re not the problem (the systems are), but you are the answer.
I have read over 100 books on both ADHD and modern psychology together. My approach is grounded in neuroscience, lived experience, Internal Family Systems (parts work), mindfulness, heart-centered practices, and a deep belief that you deserve support that meets you where you are, not where you think you “should” be. I'd love to meet you if you think I'm the right guy to support you.
